We are looking for a General Building Installation Approver.
Our client is seeking a candidate with experience in installation approvals or fitting. The role offers training to conduct inspections on both domestic and commercial buildings, with potential for career growth in auditing.
The ideal candidate should be based in Kent/Surrey, as the role involves regional inspections. Initially, they will be mentored by more experienced team members while learning the inspection process.
Purpose of the Job:
Conduct general building inspections (site & quality) to ensure compliance with scheme requirements and Building Regulations.
Provide guidance to installing companies, ensuring productivity while maintaining the quality of inspections.
Salary: £30,000 basic + company car (personal use & partner insured)
