Our client is a market leading M&E and Renewables contractor who specialise in the repair, service, maintenance and installation of electrical systems, heating systems, air source heat pumps and Solar PV. Throughout the last few years they have substantially grown, doubling their turnover and headcount and they are looking to continue this growth with their 5 year plan.

Due to this extraordinary growth, they are looking for an Installation Surveyor to join their team, working within the social housing sector throughout Bath, Swindon, Southampton, Salisbury and Taunton.

• Salary �35,000 - �40,000 DOE

Installation Surveyor - Job Overview

• Carry out Air Source Heat pump heating surveys including kit lists, design, drawings, client schedule of rates, and internal schedule of rates, detailed property information.
• To liaise with clients and residents to ensure correct design and understanding of their needs for replacement air source heat pump and full central heating systems.
• To carry out an options appraisal for certain clients and property types to propose and quote the best solution for the client and their resident.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks on completed installation works gas, renewables and alternative energy installs.

Installation Surveyor - Job Requirements

• Experience of Renewable/Gas & multi fuel installation, Design, costing and materials take
• NVQ Level 2 in domestic gas installation & maintenance/ACS equivalents
• Experience Surveying Gas and Heat Pump Surveys within a Domestic Setting
