Whatever the project you are working on, you can count on a trio: your manager, your HR contact, and your business advisor, all working together to help you succeed.We encourage your creativity and your innovation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Our UK agency is searching for a new collaborator as an I&C Engineer M/F to strengthen the teams involved in Hinkley Point C.The position will be based in Bristol, in a permanent contract.Confirm the project data & internal organization with the discipline Lead (budget, time schedule, author – checker – approver)Identify the relevant stakeholders and meansCheck the maturity of the input data and/or upcoming changesCollect OPEXRecord risks in the related register and propose mitigation plan, if anyArrange pre-job brief / kick-off meeting Open the study fileProduce the deliverables in compliance with Edvance engineering procedures and taking into account OPEX from other EPR projectsGet the deliverables checked by the relevant parties – resolve outstanding issues and commentsSurvey commissioning deliverables elaborated by others (e.g. contractors) with respect to project standardsFeed the study file as tasks evolveSupport I&C function tests (PTP) at test bay (France) including test result assessmentReport progress towards initial time schedule & budgetUpdate risk register on a need basisGet approval of the deliverables by the relevant parties without comments Store both the above mentioned deliverables and associated study files in the EDMSBACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED:In depth knowledge about the following systems: Protection system (PS), Reactor Control, Surveillance and Limitation System (RCSL), Severe Accident I&C System (SA I&C)Basic knowledge of the hardware and software products of TXS technology.Experience in Conventional HMI (SICS) system and interfaces with different I&C systemsOverview of the hardware backup system (For ex. HBS, Unicorn)Experience in Gateway communication between TXS and TXP technologies. I&C logic diagrams reading and understanding are requiredA first commissioning experience (commissioning test experience on a nuclear site, or commissioning procedure elaboration).
