The firm are eager to onboard a Senior Manager within their financial services audit team specialising in insurance audit to support the recent growth of their client base.Your new roleThis is the opportunity to assume a Senior Manager position within the Financial Services Audit team specialising in insurance audit. The key duties of the role will include: Effectively leading engagements in accordance with the firm's methodologies and guidance, professional standards, and local legal and regulatory requirements Building and nurturing new business relationships, engaging clients, and providing authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions Understanding our clients’ unique ambitions and needs, delivering value to the client by providing knowledge, ideas, and solutions for improving their business, assessing legal implications Successfully and proactively managing multi-disciplinary teams, resolving any challenges, and ensuring the smooth delivery of team operations, client audits and services Performance management and coaching of junior colleagues throughout the performance year Identifying and acting upon staff needs, including resourcing, learning and development Constantly refreshing your understanding of current market trends What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate must have experience in a similar role at manager grade or above. The successful candidate must hold a professional qualification; ACA / ACCA / ICAS / CA / ICAEW or international equivalent, and posses expert technical skills and expertise within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, leading and delivering high-level audits, have an existing knowledge of the current UK market and be an excellent communicator.
