Insurance Sales Advisor - Tidworth/Aldershot

RMS are looking for Insurance/Sales Advisor’s to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This is the perfect position for someone looking for the flexibility to work from home.

• Location: Tidworth/Aldershot (Working from Home)
• Position: Insurance/Sales Advisor
• Type: Permanent Contract
• Shift: Full-time
• Salary: £25,000 per annum plus 20% commission 

About the Role:

Working as a Insurance/Sales Advisor, you would be responsible for offering professional advice in the areas of life cover, serious/critical illness cover, military kit insurance, home insurance, personal accident cover, travel insurance, mortgages and will writing.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide the best solution.
• Conduct group presentations to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing policy information.
• Research and analyse insurance market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs.
• Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals.
• Manage your area and ensure you conduct efficient face-to-face business deployment for continued activity.

About You:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service with a focus on building relationships.
• Ability to analyse client’s needs and make recommendations.
• Possess a vehicle and hold a full UK driving license.
• Ideally, an understanding of the military or a background in financial services.
