Salary up to £27,500 + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for self-motivated Insurance Advisors to join a successful, friendly and lively team for a recognised leading global insurance company. This is a perfect opportunity to develop a career within insurance as insurance experience is not essential.
There is no cold calling involved in the role as all leads are warm and pre-generated or current customer renewals.
Duties of Insurance Advisor:
* Making outbound telephone calls to customers - handling quotes, renewals, referrals and contacting lapsed customers with a view to converting these into business
* Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers
* Cross selling complementary insurance products
* Quoting, binding, renewing and taking payment for policies
* Answering customer questions over the telephone, live chat and email
* Following-up outstanding renewals
* Processing online quote referrals as within underwriting authority (new business and renewal)
* Handling mid-term adjustments and issuing renewal invitations
* Handling administrative tasks to align with customer requirements
Essential:
* Excellent communication skills
* Positive attitude and committed to self-development
* Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
* To be confident, self-motivated and a committed team player
* Self-disciplined and self-reliant
* Must be flexible and reliable
