This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to work on a diverse range of high-profile cases across various industries.Our client is frequently recognised in top legal directories for their innovative and client-focused approach. The role includes high-level litigation work in the High Court and IPEC, IP Office proceedings, domain name disputes, online enforcement, and pre-dispute advisory tasks. You’ll need a strong background in IP disputes, particularly in trademarks, designs, and copyright, along with experience in litigation tasks such as evidence preparation, interim injunctions, mediation, costs budgeting, and trial work. Strong drafting skills and negotiating experience are crucial, as is the ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
