Increase Trading Sites
Acquire Land
Identify Sites
Handle Transactions and Negotiations
Agree Heads of Terms
Work on a Retail portfolioQualifications:
MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.Experience:
Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, within a Local Authority context.Work Arrangement:
