Interim Business Change & Transformation Professional – Inside IR35 - Day Rate – 3-6 monthsOliver Sanderson is engaged with a leading Utilities company to source an Interim Business Change & Transformation Professional. The company has set an ambitious target to double the size of its business over the next five years and to achieve this is embarking on an organisational wide Transformation Programme to fundamentally change the way it operates.They will be designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and require a TOM specialist to guide, facilitate and deliver this activity.The Business Change & Transformation Professional will aid the client through change initiatives by working with the different business operations (Finance, HR, Sales etc.) as well as stakeholders to develop and implement strategic transformation initiatives.Key areas of focus:Transform the Target Operating Models and Organisational Design.Work with the Transformation Director to agree a Programme of work to deliver the TOMs.Advise & implement the most appropriate tools & techniques to facilitate the production of the TOMs.Design and deliver implementation plans for each TOM plus longer term plans for continual review and refinement. Advise on the impact of the changes and how centralisation / decentralisation will affect the business.Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to drive organisational growth and efficiency.Provide expert advice on best practices and emerging trends in change management and business transformation.Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.C-Suite and stakeholder engagement.Our client is looking for a career interim Business Transformation professional who specialises in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and has substantial experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of change management principles and methodologies, excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and proven expertise in leading and influencing cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with extensive project management experience.
