• Interim CFO.
• 9 month contract.
• Small to medium sized Housing Association.
• Support the Financial and Treasury Management Strategies.
• Lead the development and delivery of financial plans, ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met and internal performance and financial targets are achieved.
• Oversee the framework for the business plan, annual budgets, and financial monitoring systems.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control and accounting as a Registered Provider and company.
• Reporting directly into the CEO and board.
