Interim Commercial Finance Manager

My client based in Solihull are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to support them on a 12 month FTC. This role will support with financial planning, performance monitoring, and financial modelling, and is responsible for providing financial challenge to both the commercial and operational teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Model revenues for budgets, forecasts, and 3-year plans.

• Work closely with the commercial team to monitor pipelines.

• Manage revenues against forecast and identify any variances.

• Analyse and understand sales trends, and model strategic options.

• Contribute to operational reviews, providing insights and financial analysis.

• Provide any other ad-hoc financial support to the commercial and operational teams as required.

• Collaborate with the commercial accounting team to produce month-end results.

• Assist with commercial negotiations, offering financial expertise.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 years PQE.

• Strong experience in financial modelling.

• Advanced Excel skills are essential, and the ability to work with large volumes of data is required.

• Excellent analytical skills.
