Your new role
This is a newly created Interim Customer Service Manager job supporting a busy and vibrant team while they recruit for this role permanently. The duties are varied, but most importantly, in this interim role, you will be responsible for the daily management of in excess of 30 staff and 7 direct reports.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this Interim Customer Services Manager job, you must be an experienced people manager (of customer services or internal sales teams), someone who is very collaborative in their approach (working across boundaries), confident to work on their own initiative, with strong attention to detail as well as high levels of accuracy. This job requires the 'ultimate' people manager who can 'hit the ground running' to impact and drive forward a large team within a short period of time.
