Salary: Leadership Scale L5-L9 (£54,939 - £60,644 equivalent)
Contract: Interim, starting ASAP, ongoing with potential to the end of the academic year

One our exclusive Primary Schools is a welcoming, one-form entry primary school in Leamington Spa, with a dedicated team of 25 staff members committed to providing high-quality education and a nurturing learning environment for our pupils.

On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Deputy Headteacher to join the leadership team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with proven school leadership experience to contribute to the continued success and development of our school.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have substantial experience in primary education, with a strong track record of leadership and school improvement.
• Be passionate about raising standards and ensuring the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support and inspire staff, pupils, and parents.
• Be able to lead by example, demonstrating outstanding teaching and leadership practices.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative leadership team.

This interim position is a contracted basis, and could continue / extend as required
