Interim Economic Development Manager

I'm currently looking for an Interim p/t Inward Investment/Economic Development Manager for a Local Authority in the East Midlands for an initial 3 months.
Any local authority experience is desirable, but don't hesitate to apply if not, some points around the role are:

• Developing their Inward Investment proposition
• Developing their business engagement model
• Shaping our strategy around on 'investment fund', which will have a number of themes around economic growth and inward investment
• Supporting the commissioning (as client) of a skills review, alongside a retail / hospital / leisure review for the town centre
