Interim Estates Surveyor (Part-Time) - Central Belt of Scotland

One of our Public Sector clients based in the Central Belt of Scotland is looking for a part-time Estates Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months with a view to extend.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lease Renewals
• Rent Reviews
• Service Charges
• Potentially Asset Valuations

Qualifications:

• MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, within a Local Authority context.

Work Arrangement:

• Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
