Interim Estates Surveyor

Interim Senior Estates Surveyor - Leicestershire Local Authority - �450pd (inside IR35) - 9 month contract - Hybrid working (1 day PW in the office) - Beginning of August Start.
A few of the Roles & Responsibilities include but aren't limited to;

• Supporting the Principle Surveyor on Strategic Property aspects in the Council
• Negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals
• Visiting corporate land sites
• Contribute to new lean policies, procedures and guidance.
• Assist in advising the council on national legislation and guidance as it affects asset management
• Contribute to the preparation of the asset management plan and other forms of asset guidance.
