We are looking for a commercially astute Interim Finance Director to oversee the financial integration of three businesses into a single, cohesive entity. This critical role will ensure the project progresses without disrupting day-to-day financial operations, providing oversight on financial structures, ERP migration, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial integration, ensuring a smooth transition of accounting processes and reporting structures.
Provide strategic oversight on financial risk, compliance, and operational impact.
Work closely with the Project Manager and Finance team to align contracts, manage TUPE-related financial considerations, and streamline reporting.
Ensure the successful migration of financial systems onto Microsoft ERP, supporting configuration and testing.
Maintain business continuity, ensuring the transformation does not disrupt financial performance.
Support customer contract novations, working with legal and commercial teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Finance Director with a background in M&A, business restructuring, or financial transformation.
