Interim Finance Director

Axon Moore are supporting a SME manufacturing business based in North Yorkshire in the appointment an Interim Finance Director.�This is a hands on and varied role working for a business going through a period of growth.�
The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:

• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts
• Partnering with the commercial team to ensure accurate financial forecasting.�
• Provide detailed variance analysis vs forecast�
• Deliver financial insights to improve business performance
• Process improvements�
• Day-to-day management of cash
• Working closely with the operational teams.�
• Review and enhance financial accounting processes.�

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:

• Qualified Finance Leader, (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience of working in a senior finance leadership role.
• Experience of working withing the manufacturing sector
