Interim Finance Manager - Office based

We're working with a growing business in need of an experienced Interim Senior Managenent Accountant / Finance Manager to support during a busy period. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail and can hit the ground running.
What you'll do:
Take ownership of the month-end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Prepare and deliver management accounts with insightful commentary

Lead balance sheet reconciliations and ensure integrity of financial data

Support with variance analysis and provide key information to aid decision making

Identify and implement process improvements where needed

Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth reporting cycles

Provide support to the wider finance team as required

What you'll need:
Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally at Finance Manager level

Strong understanding of month-end close and management accounts

Excellent reconciliation skills with a keen eye for detail

Confident Excel user and comfortable working with large data sets

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or demonstrably QBE
