About the Company
My client, based in Kingston Upon Hull, is a privately owned, highly entrepreneurial organisation, with an impressive track record of growth in recent years. The need has arisen to recruit an experienced interim Accountant to support the Finance Director and wider Group Finance Function with a number of Key Finance projects over the Year End period for a period of 2/3 months.
About the role
Support Monthly Management Accounts preparation and financial reporting as required.
Overview and Management of debtor and Creditor Ledgers.
General running of the company HP Financing system, processing invoices, and month reconciliations.
Prepare daily cashflow requirements and supplier payments for Finance Director to review.
Weekly cashflow forecasting.
Support the wider Finance team with the development of financial processes and procedures and monitoring of compliance across the business.
Support the Finance Director with Year-end and statutory reporting requirements.
You will possess strong Management Accounting experience with a proven ability to convey financial information to non-finance managers in a confident and persuasive manner. You will have proven analytical and reporting skills through advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel in addition to possessing excellent organisational and time management skills.
