Interim Financial Controller

I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established manufacturing business seeking a Financial Controller to drive financial operational efficiency.
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a small finance team, enhancing financial controls, improving management reporting, and providing strategic insight to support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring strong financial control
Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures
Enhance efficiency through Excel-based templates across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management
Manage complex value streams in manufacturing, including production, long-term contracts, and pass-through sales
Ensure accurate stock accounting and control processes
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, supporting training and recruitment
Oversee multi-currency accounting within an international trading environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller with strong manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated ability to implement financial controls and improve management reporting.
