Interim FP&A Analyst My client is a private equity-backed company experiencing rapid growth and operating in a fast-paced, highly acquisitive environment. We are seeking an Interim Finance Analyst to support the Head of FP&A team and Head of Finance with a number of ad hoc tasks. Key Responsibilities Prepare the monthly management accounts for new acquisitions. Support the preparation of budgets for new acquisitions. Support the implementation of a new budgeting system. Provide timely and accurate information to my client's private equity partners. Assist with various ad hoc information requests. Maintain KPI reports. Conduct performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Essential Skills and Experience Experience in supporting the production of management accounts and supporting the budgeting and planning cycle. Knowledge of KPI reporting and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Personal Attributes Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
