An attractive opportunity has arisen to work for a growing PE-backed company who are looking to s trengthen their team with the appointment of an FP&A manager on an interim basis.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
Assessing profitability and margins, and offering actionable insights.
Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance profit.
Operating the pricing model to assist the sales team with bids and tenders.
Supporting strategic and investment decisions through business cases and ROI analysis.
Modelling and overseeing workforce planning, aligning staffing levels with forecasted activity.
Managing the forecasting process, aiming to improve both speed and accuracy.
Key characteristics of the ideal candidate:
A qualified individual (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Experience in analysing and business partnering with directors, senior team members, and colleagues across the business.
A track record of driving improvements in profitability through clear and meaningful analysis of sales, costs, and margins.
Expertise in Excel, BI, and SQL.
