Interim Head of Asset management

Interim Head of Asset Management- Hybrid(2 days a week on site)- 12 months- �500 day rate

I'm currently working with a Council who are in need of an Interim Head of Asset Management

Duties would include;

- Managing the asset management team and surveyors

- Reporting directly to the council to help create better policies and procedures

- Working closely with the Operations team to help streamline processes
