Interim Head of HR: c�60,000 +�benefits (Hybrid�Role)

This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. In this role you�will manage a small HR team, supporting�stakeholders across the country.��We are looking for an experienced Generalist HR professional with a wide ranging skill set and a positive, can-do approach.
On a day to day basis you can expect a varied workload including




  • Supporting�the�Director of People�to deliver the 3 year plan and�People�strategy.

  • Managing�projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and wellbeing.

  • Utilising�all�available data to spot trends, highlight risks and make effective decisions.

  • Helping create a culture of teamwork, performance and continuous improvement.

  • Mentoring/supporting and leading the�People�team towards a business partnering model.

  • Providing support to operational managers and the�People�team on a wide range of�HR and ER matters.



The successful candidate will have:




  • CIPD level 7 qualifications and proven experience as a business partner�across a geographically dispersed organisation.

  • Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders within the�social�care/charity/not for profit sector. �

  • A passion and commitment for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

  • A pragmatic approach to HR

  • Experience of working with the deaf community and British Sign Language (BSL) is beneficial.

Salary - c�60,000 +�benefits (Hybrid�Role). 6 months FTC.� This role is home based, however you will be required to travel to sites 1-2 days per week.�
