You will be a senior HR professional with experience at the 'Head of' level with proven experience in leading HR functions within small organisations. You'll be confident, pragmatic, and hands-on, with excellent knowledge of employment law and a commercial approach to HR. Experience managing change and supporting leadership teams is essential.
