Interim Head of Litigation

A a multinational social media company, is looking for an Interim Head of Litigation on an interim basis. This has the possibility to go permanent. This role is based in the their London office, but can be done remotely, with an expectation of being in office once or twice per week. The role will head up all litigation within EMEA, and wont cover regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 10 years of commercial litigation experience, solid foundation gained at a leading UK/USA firm. Backgrounds in tech would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite. Requirements: 10 PQE, England & Wales qualified Solicitor, Commercial disputes experience, Experience in defamation. Data privacy litigation. Content, defamation, privacy are core areas of interest. Candidates with UK/EU litigation experience and EU language skills (German, France, Italian or Dutch) would be strong contenders. If of interest, please apply for additional information.
