Interim Head of Operations- East Anglia- 12 months

I'm currently working with a Council in East Anglia who are looking to bring on an interim Head of Operations on a 12 month contract to start within the next two weeks.

Duties of the role:

- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of repairs and planned maintenance which would include damp & mould.

- Ensure statutory compliance is managed and monitored effectively.

- Manage a large team of Surveyors tasked with carrying out property inspections to ensure the safety and compliance of homes.

- Be responsible for checking the quality of raising works, liaising with the contractors and ensuring that the work is completed to Council and building standards.

- You must have Council or Housing Association and have worked to Manager or Head of Level in the past to be qualified for the role.

The successful applicant shall receive:

- �600 per day

- 12-month contract

- Hybrid Working

- Business Mileage (45p per mile)
