The role is based in London, to manage a small team, lead on safeguarding activity and lead on the contract management and commissioned services with a focus on maximising community impact and partnerships.

A Interim Head of Operations to:
- Line manage a small team overseeing operation managers and program leads
- Ensure high quality delivery of the organisations client facing services and programmes, maximising community impact and partnerships
- Lead the daily operations, ensuring the provision of high-quality services that meet client needs
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with clients, continuing to improve service delivery
- Develop and improve systems, processes and KPI's aligned with strategic goals
- Ensure compliance with regulations, develop risk management processes, and conduct regular operational audits.
- Effectively implement strategies to measure impact and risk
- Design and delivery new programs and services aligning to growth
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation; ensure financial efficiency and support programme delivery
- Lead on any safeguarding activity
- Monitoring and reviewing operational performance and productivity
- Identifying and addressing areas for improvement
Profile
A Interim Head of Operations with:
- Previous line management experience
- Previous safeguarding and commissioned services experience
- Previous charitable experience
- Able to start immediately
