Interim Head of Repairs & Maintenance

Interim Head of Repairs & Maintenance - North West - Council - 12 Months - �550 p/d - Hybrid I'm currently working with a Council in the North West who are looking to bring on an interim Head of Repairs on a 12 month contract to start within the next two weeks. Duties Of The Role - Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of repairs and planned maintenance which would include damp & mould, stock conditions, disrepair and voids. - Ensure statutory compliance is managed and monitored effectively. - Manage a large team of Surveyors tasked with carrying out property inspections to ensure the safety and compliance of homes. - Be responsible for checking the quality of raising works, liaising with the contractors and ensuring that the work is completed to Council and building standards. - You must have Council or Housing Association and have worked to Manager or Head of Level in the past to be qualified for the role.

The Successful Applicant Shall Receive

� �550 per day

� 12-month contract

� Hybrid Working

� Business Mileage (45p per mile)
