Our Client:
Simmons & Hanbury are working with one of the leading Investment Managers to find an interim Head of Risk, reporting to the General Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and implementation of an effective Risk Management framework across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management and implementation of an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework including overseeing the formulation of the Risk Appetite alongside enabling effective governance of significant risk within the current business model and any opportunities considered by the business.
Direct and lead the Risk function in EMEA, covering all areas of Operational Risk Management, Regulatory Risk and Assurance oversight and support.
Responsible for the development and embedding of an effective Risk culture across EMEA.
Provision of comprehensive risk oversight and support to the business in EMEA.
Oversight and development of the existing team.
