LHH Recruitment Solutions HR team is partnering with a leading private sector business located in Birmingham to find an exceptional HR Business Partner. This is an initial 6-month contract with a highly competitive salary of around �60k plus benefits.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be working closely with the company's site managers, helping shape and influence their thinking on people-related issues. You'll be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including resourcing, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues, talent management, and succession planning. You will also provide effective professional HR advice and guidance in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work proactively across the organisation, collaborating with managers to monitor, manage, and improve HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics within your area of responsibility. Your role will be critical in driving the HR People plan and delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to the organisation's strategic objectives.
