An education organisation, based in London are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner. The role is to support your own client group with a focus on employee relations and change management. Offering hybrid working and an immediate start.

Description

A Interim HR Business Partner to:

- Partner with a specific client group as a true HR Partner

- Main responsibilities will be focusing on complex ER casework as well as restructures

- Lead on strategic direction for your client group

- Coach and advise managers on all people related matters

- Lead on any employment tribunal casework

- Partner with your client group on an organisational change, include restructures, and TUPE

- Design and develop OD initiatives, including engagement, well-being, and succession planning

Profile

An Interim HR Business Partner with:

- Previous Partnering experience

- Previous experience working in an education setting

- Existing Enhanced DBS or on the DBS update system essential

- Able to start immediately
