An Interim HR Manager to:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment
- Drive forward the diversity and inclusion agenda and initiatives. Look at a previous audit report to implement any new initiatives and gaining accreditation's
- Look at the staff survey results and implement any feedback
- Focus on overall improvements for the function
- Lead on any learning and development initiatives and focus on improving their overall offering
- Work with a wider HR team and work in an autonomous and collaborative manner
- Ensure the DEI policy are up to date and implemented effectively
Profile
A Interim HR Manager with:
- Previous not-for-profit experience
- Previous HR Generalist experience with a focus on projects
- Ability to start immediately
