Interim HR Manager

Ashley Kate HR are excited to be partnering with our well established manufacturing client in Wednesbury, as they recruit for an interim HR Manager, for a period of 12 months. Our client are a small business, with a long history and a passion for their products! Hybrid working available.The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall HR and administration function for the business. You will manage a generalist remit, Review and develop policies & processes, report on HR and attend meetings with the senior leadership team, manage appraisals, coach and advise management on process, recruitment & onboarding, and Employee relations.
