An Interim HR Project Lead is required to work as the key HR Change Lead within this successful financial services Group, delivering a significant programme of change in 2025. The HR transformation specialist will take a lead role in specific HR Transformation projects within the programme work stream in an integrated and controlled fashion and ensure delivery against the business case benefits. Other key deliverables will include:
Day to day project management of specific projects within the context of the HR Programme through Design, Build, Test and Deployment.
Ensure the HR transformation projects achieve the targeted business benefits by delivering the scope on time, within budget and to quality.
Manage project level risks and issues and escalates where necessary.
Manage and monitors the project performance, progress against milestones, and appropriateness and quality of work, and where necessary takes corrective action
Manage Project delivery priorities resolving conflicts both internal and external.
The successful candidate will have strong HR project management skills from within a regulated environment- demonstrable experience in delivering wide ranging business change, especially in the HR space. Additionally you will be able to demonstrate good skills in relation to basics/fundamentals of managing project costs (budgeting, estimating, contingency planning and forecasting). You will also have practical knowledge of the range of contractual arrangements related to the programme and roles various vendors can play. You will be an excellent communicator/negotiator and have a good understanding of change management requirements.
