I am recruiting a Interim HR Business Partner for a Construction business based in Walsall. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the business operations, ensuring strong and effective relationships with stakeholders, and supporting our strategic goals. This is a minimum 3 month contract with immediate start. Key Responsibilities for the Interim HR Business PartnerWork closely with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes.Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.Prepare and present reports on business performance, relationship management activities, and strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Interim HR Business Partner Skills:CIPD Level 5 as a minimumIdeally 5 years of experience within a Retail or customer centric business Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
