12 month Interim turnaround project - salary circa 40k

We are looking for a Registered Manager to hit the ground running with immediate effect, providing peripatetic support/regional support for a well-established care provider that provides care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism living in their own home and also in specialist housing in Cheshire.

You will be experienced in turnaround projects, troubleshooting, supporting service managers, pre and post CQC or CIW inspection preparation, quality and compliance, contract management and delivery, local authority relationships

The positions you may have had could include, Registered Manager, Regional Support Manager, Area Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager.

You will have strong experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, with sound knowledge of CQC  and what is required to deliver the highest standards of care and support for the individuals they support.
