NSCG are pleased to partner with a market leader in the Construction sector who are looking to attract and recruit an Interim Managing Director.
The Managing Director will shape and deliver the overall strategy whilst ensuring that short and long-term targets are achieved.
The role will involve effectively managing the business to achieve the agreed financial and non-financial targets, ensuring that decisions are taken in the best interest of the business.
By providing inspiring leadership across the business, this person will drive a culture of continuous improvement and the development of close working relationships across all disciplines to ensure that customers expectations are met and all projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
The role would suit an established Construction Managing Director who is experienced at managing multiple sites.
