Interim Marketing Consultant

Our client is experiencing strong strategic growth and because of this, they are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Consultant to work on an interim or contract basis for 6-12 months. Reporting into and working closely with the CEO of this multi site business, you will focus on brand strategy and position. We are looking for a candidate who has worked at Head of Marketing level or Marketing Management level within Retail Operations, Construction/Property, Retail Management or Facilities.

You will have involvement with:

• Devising a new marketing and brand strategy, focusing on market positioning and business growth
• You will create collateral for the business producing effective and engaging content with extensive case studies, photo and video material
• Creating new campaigns that provide compelling reading - resulting in the business standing out from competitors
• Extensive communication internally and externally with all stakeholders and leading an existing Marketing Manager
• Working directly with the CEO to ensure the proposed strategy aligns with business goals
• Looking at overall efficiencies to create improvements

What we need for this role:

• Previous experience within a Head of Marketing or strategic Marketing management role
• Experience within Retail Ops, Store Management, Property/Construction or Facilities
• Your focus will be on growth and market position, continually assessing opportunities to drive new business
• Focused, tenacious and high energy individual to bring new ideas and communicate these business wide
