Interim Regeneration Programme Manager

A new opportunity to work with a Local Authority coming into the new Financial Year. You will be will be responsible for the effective leadership, organisation and professional oversight and programme management of all
designated regeneration, infrastructure and development programmes of work that deliver
council's strategic regeneration objectives.

You'll be in charge of the coordination of the programme's projects and management of interfaces
and interdependencies and ensuring coherence with other programmes of work across the
council.

Reporting to the senior management team for oversight and development on the council's
Regeneration and Development Business Plan and alignment of work programmes with council
strategic priorities including the the City Centre Regeneration and Investment
Strategy, relevant Masterplans, strategies and other priorities.
