We are recruiting an interim Senior Collections officer for our client a financial services / mortgage lending company in Wolverhampton.

You will:

• Deal empathetically with customers whilst questioning and probing to understand their circumstances
• Through effective questioning and listening skills, discuss with customers how and why their account is in arrears
• Examine accounts in arrears and undertake all aspects of financial support in the end to end management journey
• Communicate with customers in arrears to agree sustainable and affordable payment arrangements
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for mortgage arrears with priority on achieving fair customer outcomes.
• Act as a coach and role model, supporting the development of less experienced team members.
