Interim Senior Data Privacy Advisor - (4 or 5 days/week)

Immediate opportunity for a Data Privacy Advisor to join a global leader in the ecommerce sector on an initial 12 month FTC mat cover arrangement commencing ASAP. Central London office, hybrid working. Option for 4 days/week for experienced candidates. This role is open to qualified and non-qualified (legal) professionals. Reporting to the DPO you will support the global DP programme acting as a subject matter expert for the business. Responsibilities will include:advising on electronic marketing, cookies and advertising, compliance with data sharing best practice, de-identification, data minimisation, data protection contract clauses and data transfer mechanismskeeping across relevant legislation and updating the business, providing training to stakeholdersconducting privacy impact assessments and handling data subject access requestsassisting with remediation of data incidentssupporting on the delivery of the wider business strategyinstructing external counsel when requiredTo considered for this opportunity you will have previous experience in a similar role with a focus on Data Privacy in support of marketing activities, cookies, advertising etc. You will be capable of working in a fast-paced team, managing multiple priorities and dealing extensively with internal stakeholders.
