Interim Senior Estates Surveyor

I'm working on a role from one of my Local Authority clients based in Staffordshire. This is the role I'm currently working on:

Interim Senior Estates Surveyor - Staffordshire Based Local Authority - 12 months initial contract - Rate �475pd - Hybrid working - Open to full time and part time positions!

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals
• Visiting corporate land sites
• Contribute to new lean policies, procedures and guidance.
• Assist in advising the council on national legislation and guidance as it affects asset management
• Contribute to the preparation of the asset management plan and other forms of asset guidance.

Must be MRICS!
