Interim Senior Financial Accountant- £475-£525 Per Day- 6 Month Interim Day Rate Contract- Reading (2 days p/w in the office)- Ex-Audit

IN2 Consult is partnering with an exciting client in Reading on the recruitment of an experienced Interim Senior Financial Accountant to join their team

to support the year-end statutory reporting and audit process. My client is looking for a fully qualified candidate from an audit background with strong

post-practice experience in industry producing complex year-end statutory accounts under IFRS standards.

The key responsibilities for this Interim Senior Financial Accountant role include:

• Production of year-end statutory accounts across over 20 entities under IFRS standards
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure the year-end accounting process is carried out accurately and within the set out deadlines
• Work with external Big 4 auditors during the year-end audit process
• Provide guidance on complex IFRS standards to stakeholders (Mainly IFRS 15 Revenue recognition and IFRS 16 Leases)
• Ad-Hoc Duties

The desired candidate for this Interim Senior Financial Accountant role should have the following experience:

• Must be ACCA/ACA Fully Qualified
• Ideally be from a Top 10 audit background with extensive post-practice industry experience in a financial reporting role
• Strong experience in producing complex year-end statutory accounts
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
• Strong communication skills
