Interim Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager

Duration: Interim (6 months approx)
Salary: Up to £40,000
SF Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading FMCG business in the search for a highly experienced Interim Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager. This role is crucial in providing interim cover and is focused heavily on Employee Relations (ER).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee change projects, including cultural development, values, behaviours, and people development.
- Foster a culture of coaching and empowerment to encourage high performance.
- Lead employee engagement projects.
- Manage communication strategies.
- Oversee ER cases, conduct, and performance management.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team capabilities.
- Handle various HR generalist tasks, including change management, presentations, project management, budget management, and line management.
- Utilise excellent IT skills to improve HR processes.
