Interim Senior Lawyer - Private Credit

Opportunity for an experienced lawyer with private credit and/or debt, leveraged finance experience to join a highly regarded global investment manager on a contract basis from late October for at least 4-6 months. FTC or day rate, hybrid working.
Reporting to the Group General Counsel you will take on a transactional focused role covering:
Private Debt, Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure asset classes, advising on transactions, including direct investments, fund investments, co-investments, divestiture, financing and take-private transactions;
Advice on other legal matters including regulatory, risk, governance issues, GDPR, AML and commercial contracts;
Ensuring that business activities and proposed investments are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures;
Instructing external counsel when required
To be considered for this opportunity you will be 10+ years PQE as a guide having trained in the finance practice of a highly regarded firm preferably with subsequent in-house experience in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge concerning relevant transactional matters and related documentation.
