Interim Senior Legal Counsel

Job Description Montresor Legal are assisting a leading telecommunications company with the recruitment of a Senior Legal Counsel on an in initial 6 month FTC basis. This role is full-time, they work on a hybrid basis from an office near Liverpool Street. Base Salary up to £120k. Role & Responsibilities drafting, advising and negotiating on all types of documents (supply chain, civil contractors, consultancy, customers T&Cs, policies, local authorities) commercial, practical advice to all part of the business (sales, procurement, marketing, wayleaves, products, etc.) on a broad range of legal/ commercial matters (compliance, policies, regulatory, IP, disputes) on Data Privacy issues with the supply chain, customers, SDAR, Privacy Impact Assessment and maintaining internal precedent document, playbook/ template proper storage of the company s contracts and looking at improving processes internal training to the business on consumer relating issues (complaints, privacy queries, consumer rights, terms & conditions) Experience lawyer with experience operating at Senior Legal Counsel level or above in Telecom or TMT and in Data Privacy operation experience a plus but not essential to work independently, proactively and collaboratively approach to solve problems and to lead changes to collaborate with all stakeholders and good communication skills to prioritise and work to tight deadline and manage workload Montresor Legal are an equal opportunities agency, all applications will be considered on the basis that the basic role requirements have been met. #J-18808-Ljbffr
