Role: Business Analyst - Workday Expansion Project

\n

Rate: £385 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

\n

Client: Major Science and Agriculture Organisation

\n

Location: REMOTE (Must be UK-based)

\n

Duration: 3 months

\n

\n

An exciting opportunity to join a global leader in Science and Agriculture, to play a key role in their project for expanding the usage of Workday, as an interim Business Analyst.

\n

\n

You will be critical to enhancing this organisation's HR processes, enhancing user experience, and driving standardisation across global operations.

\n

\n

You will gather and consolidate data from across regions, analyse the existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Working with the Processes lead, you will support in developing design principles. create process flows, and functional requirements.

\n

\n

This role will work closely with senior, cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure that business requirements are met. You will facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to senior groups.

\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in global HR Technology projects.
\n
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and users across levels.
\n
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering ability.
\n
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
\n
• Ideally, familiarity with HR processes, particularly in compensation and payroll areas.
