Title: Trainee/ Intermediate Estimator

Contract: Permanent

Location: Kent

Salary: Up to �60k

Client:

My client is a generalist main contractor delivering Private and Public sector projects operating out of Kent. They are looking for a Trainee/ Intermediate Estimator to join their team and develop their skills and be part of their growing team.

Role:

• Develop your skills as a Estimator alongside regional professionals
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for various projects in the Public and Private sector
• Develop project specifications
• Write comprehensive reports
• Meet with potential and existing clients to discuss project requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing
• Ensure all estimates are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain records of all estimates and correspondence with clients
• Previous experience using Conquest or Causeway is a benefit
